the proton pack is basically as we all know that is the ghostbusters main weapon of choice.


it is a nucleuar powered weapon the stream is able to go as far as it goes but in the movie you might see two kinds of steams one is a redish and orange colared and the purple stream the frist stream is to hold the ghost and the purple stream is a extra holding barrer so it wont escape the first one the stream is powered into many sicmittronicatoms that form the stream but if two or 4 streams cross it would make magnetic cross reversal or in english nuclear explosion and thats pretty much it.
